Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies across all market segments.
  • Drive and grow the hotel’s wedding business, building relationships with planners and couples.
  • Maximise room and event revenue, including conferences, weddings, corporate and leisure.
  • Proactively target new business opportunities and maintain strong key account relationships.
  • Oversee digital marketing, brand presence, PR activity and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with management on forecasting, budgeting and revenue planning.

About The Role

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Sales & Marketing Manager within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong background in developing sales, marketing and revenue strategies.
  • Experience managing and motivating a Sales & Marketing team at a senior level.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive key revenue streams such as corporate, leisure, conference and wedding business.
  • Excellent leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to set objectives and monitor performance.
  • Strong marketing skills across digital, social media and traditional marketing.
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations and how sales impact wider business performance.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities across leisure, corporate, events and weddings.
