Fence Squad - the largest fence contractor in Southern Ontario - is currently looking for an Sales office manager

Are you a high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As the #1 fence contractor in the region, we are looking for a dedicated Operations Lead to be the backbone of our office. This isn't just an administrative job—it’s a key role in a high-volume company where your organization and communication directly impact our growth (and your paycheck).

The Role:

• Command Center: Manage daily office functions and keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.
• Sales Catalyst: Support our sales team through CRM management and activity coordination to ensure no lead is left behind.
• Logistics Pro: Act as the main point of contact for our vendors and manage the master job schedule for our crews.
• Professional Voice: Handle 10–30 incoming calls per day with a focus on great customer service.
• Market Insight: Conduct monthly analysis to keep us ahead of the competition.
