We are currently Hiring for Field Sales officers who have excellent & fluent English Communication.

Marketing & Sales Freshers with Good Communication skills can kick start their Journey with us.

Must have own vehicle with DL and Laptop. Male Candidates Preferred.

Must have a Pleasing Personality with Confident attitude.

Must be Presentable and good in negotiation skills.

Must be Convincing in terms of Lead Conversion.

Candidates who are willing to work extensively in field may only apply.

Must be a localite from Lucknow.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identifying and connecting with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Sales & Negotiation:Presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis:Researching market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning:Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company objectives and sales goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records using CRM software, and analyzing data to provide insights and forecasts for improvement.
  • Product Knowledge:Developing an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer questions and needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
