1) Regularly visit the Builders, Architects, Dealers, Contractor's, Industrials, Real estate and Promotors for promote our products and build the long form relationship.

2) Build relationship with existing clients and ask for referrals.

3) Regularly visit the ongoing construction site's and meet the Building owners and Engineers to promote our product.

4) Generate the Leads in all possible ways.

5) Do the close Follow up of every leads in effectively and try to close the deal.

6) Target driven and result orientated ability is essential.

7) Preparing and Submitting the Sales and Work Reports by Daily/Weekly/Monthly.

8) Keep on Analysing the Market needs and Competitors activity.

9) Be updated on our and competitors Product knowledge.

10) Providing the good customer Service during all the time. (Before/During/After sales).

11) Maintain and frequently update the Customer list. (Database)

12) Forward the Customer's issue, feedbacks, Support to reporting manager in timely manner.

13) Identity and Participating in all Marketing & Promotional activities. (Org initiated activities, Trade shows, Exhibition’s, Networking events of Builders and associations, etc..

14) Create quotations for enquiries.

15) Do the follow up with HO for installation.

16) Actively engaging in all sales and Marketing related activities.

17) Do the payment follow ups in all stages.

Looking for 1 to 2 yrs of building material sales and marketing experienced candidate.
Highly aspiring fresher are also can to apply.
Should have own 2 wheeler and valid license.
