Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Saturday (Full-time)
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Coordinator to manage onboarding, batch creation, and CRM processes. The role involves coordinating with teams to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create batches for new paid customers within 24 hours of payment
- Assign teachers based on availability and student requirements
- Handle onboarding communication with parents
- Coordinate batch start timelines
- Maintain and clean CRM data regularly
- Generate weekly performance reports (leads, demos, conversions)
- Support SDRs/AEs with operational queries
- Create demo schedules based on CRM data
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and CRM tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
