Tuxera is seeking an experienced Manager of Sales Operations & Enablement to join our Global Sales organization. This leadership role serves as a strategic and analytical partner to the executive team, driving excellence in sales management practices, processes, and tools. You will proactively identify challenges, design data-driven solutions, and help shape the future of Tuxera's global sales engine.

As the owner of sales operations and enablement, you will lead forecasting, performance analytics, compensation planning, and sales process optimization. You will ensure that Tuxera's sales and customer success teams operate with clear visibility, strong alignment, and consistent execution toward business goals.

What You'll Do

Sales Management, Planning & Monitoring

  • Own and drive the global sales planning process — from bookings and regional targets to quota allocation.
  • Lead forecasting to ensure predictability and accuracy across sales regions.
  • Track and facilitate pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Build and monitor the deal execution process in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
  • Ensure consistent account management and account planning practices across teams.
  • Implement and optimize sales prospecting and lead management practices and tooling to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Own and evolve and implement the sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC)

Reporting & Sales Enablement

  • Establish and refine revenue performance metrics; deliver actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Design dashboards and reporting systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for executive and regional visibility.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations to communicate performance and opportunities.
  • Oversee quoting, pricing, and related change management across company and partner systems.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure sales teams are equipped with enablement materials and messaging.
  • Lead and institutionalize Quarterly Business Review (QBR) templates and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage projects related to Salesforce and HubSpot optimization, ensuring data quality and process improvements.

Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration

  • Drive cross-regional coordination and account synergies.
  • Build mechanisms for knowledge sharing of market, customer, and partner data.
  • Implement “Lessons Learned” frameworks, including win/loss analysis and post-mortem reviews.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Product and Marketing to define GTM segmentation, territory design, and market expansion strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of proven track record of successful hands-on & leadership in Sales Operations at scale in B2B software / technology organizations
  • Deep understanding of sales and customer success
  • Experience in sales management and in designing, building and monitoring sales processes (e.g. comp plans)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with complex data and business modeling with a track record of turning insights into action
  • Skilled at leveraging AI-driven tools, automation, and analytics to accelerate forecasting, pipeline insights, and demand generation efficiency
  • Proven ability to effectively influence and collaborate cross-functionally and externally with senior stakeholders
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong systems and tooling expertise – experience with CRM design, reporting, forecasting, and enablement (e.g. Salesforce, hubspot, Naviloq)
