We’re launching the first UFC GYM in Ireland, and we’re looking for a Sales & Retention.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can build momentum, drive presale performance, and lead from the front. You will play a critical role in the club’s success from day one — owning membership growth, retention systems, and creating a high-performance culture inside the club. Responsibilities

You are not just managing — you are driving the commercial engine of the club.

  • Lead and execute presale strategy ahead of opening
  • Drive new member acquisition through sales calls, outreach, events & partnerships
  • Build and embed retention systems from day one
  • Own all sales KPIs, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Create and manage the club activity planner
  • Lead from the front on the floor, calls, and tours
  • Develop local corporate partnerships & community engagement
  • Maximise all revenue streams (memberships, PT, retail, recovery)
  • Train, coach, develop and manage a high-performing sales team of two
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting

What we are looking for

  • We want someone who brings energy, accountability, and commercial focus.
  • Proven experience in gym sales, presale, or membership growth (Desireable)
  • Strong track record hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with lead generation & conversion systems
  • Ability to build and execute retention strategies
  • Leadership mindset — you lead from the front with sales
  • High energy, competitive, and results-driven
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €33,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
