We are a leading supplier of natural stone in Ireland, offering top-quality stone products for homes and businesses nationwide. As a family owned business, we take pride in our wide range of natural stone products, including paving, building stone, window sill, kerbs etc. We also provide durable and stylish porcelain, sourced from both Europe and Asia, as an alternative for outdoor spaces. We are seeking an experienced Sales person to join our team.

The Role

As the sales person, you will

• Serve a range of customers, builders, tradespeople and self-build customers seeking outdoor paving and building stone requirements.
• Provide product guidance and informed technical advice based on individual project needs.
• Process quotations and orders accurately and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth fulfilment process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with regular contractors and trade clients.
• Maintain the storage yard and perform regular stock takes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service in a busy environment.
• Manage pricing queries, quotations, and order tracking.
• Contribute to growing repeat business through responsive service and customer care.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of lorries and maintaining the storage yard in a safe and orderly way.

Knowledge and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 to 2 years experience in sales within the building supplies, hardware or construction materials sector. ( Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of key product areas eg, wall caps, paving and associated supplies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with complete fluency in English.
• Familiarity with stock or sales systems and general I.T. proficiency.

This is a full time, permanent role. with some weekend work required. The candidate must have fluent English, be well presented and be competent in the use of a computer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
