Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will leverage your expertise in upselling and lead generation to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions through product demonstrations.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM to track interactions and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market penetration and lead generation.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong skills in upselling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to generate leads through various channels and effectively market products.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
- A passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.
