What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business within your assigned territory through prospecting and relationship-building
  • Partner with decision-makers across manufacturing, automotive, food service, healthcare, and other key industries
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations focused on Gallagher Uniform’s customized uniform and workplace solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to close and customer handoff
  • Build a portfolio of long-term, recurring-revenue accounts
  • Collaborate closely with service and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience preferred (B2B, route sales, uniform rental, or facility services a plus)
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills with a hunter mindset
  • Professional, confident communicator who builds trust quickly
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
