Job Description

As a Sales Program Manager, you will define clear program objectives and deliver sales and operational solutions to internal and external stakeholders.


Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic planning timelines, program deliverables, and performance expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews, including to senior and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Identify and execute strategic initiatives to expand the program and adapt to market and client needs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive new customer acquisition and expand the existing customer base.
  • Coach and mentor team members through structured performance management, training, and development plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, Business Intelligence, Talent Solutions, Talent Acquisition, and other key teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing day-to-day communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Maintain staffing effectiveness through intentional hiring, retention, performance planning, and corrective actions.
  • Define clear program objectives and deliver sales and operational solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Motivate and support team members by understanding their drivers and promoting personal and professional success.
  • Oversee inside sales and field sales performance, including quota management, forecasting, and data-driven insights.

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • Experience collaborating across teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Aptitude for managing budgets, P&L elements, and related expenses.
  • Strong experience in a sales environment with direct leadership of individual contributors and/or front-line managers.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and reporting to drive performance outcomes.
  • Experience coaching and teaching sales processes to elevate team performance.
  • Proven ability to manage client or stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to ongoing development.
  • Strong professional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals in office, hybrid, or virtual settings.
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals, including time management and milestone ownership.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and sales acceleration tools.
  • Background in delivering live or virtual business reviews.
