A Sales Promoter's job is to drive sales and brand awareness by engaging customers, demonstrating products, and distributing samples, often in a retail environment. Key responsibilities include setting up displays, explaining product benefits, answering questions, collecting customer feedback, and working to achieve sales targets. The goal is to persuade potential customers to purchase a specific product or service by creating interest and showcasing its advantages. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement:Interact with potential customers to generate interest and explain product features and benefits.
- Product Demonstrations:Conduct live demonstrations of products and offer free samples or trials to showcase their quality and functionality.
- Sales & Goal Achievement:Achieve set daily, monthly, and overall sales targets for the products or services being promoted.
- Brand Awareness:Build brand awareness and create a positive image for the company and its products.
- Information & Education:Provide detailed information about the products and answer customer questions and concerns effectively.
- Display & Merchandising:Set up and maintain attractive product displays to attract customers and ensure optimal presentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
