A sales promoter job involves increasing brand awareness and driving sales by engaging with potential customers through product demonstrations, providing information, and distributing promotional materials. Key duties include creating attractive product displays, achieving sales targets, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Core responsibilities
- Promote products: Demonstrate product features and benefits, and explain how they meet customer needs.
- Engage customers: Approach potential customers, answer their questions, and build a positive relationship.
- Distribute materials: Hand out samples, flyers, and brochures to generate leads.
- Achieve targets: Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and overall sales goals.
- Manage displays: Set up and maintain attractive product displays and ensure they are well-stocked with correct pricing and signage.
- Provide feedback: Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to management.
- Stay knowledgeable: Keep up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends.
Required skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for presentations and customer interactions.
- Persuasion: The ability to convince customers to purchase products is a core requirement.
- Customer service: Strong customer service skills to build positive relationships.
- Sales: Experience in sales and a track record of meeting quotas.
- Organization: Ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
- Computer proficiency: Familiarity with software for tracking sales data and customer information.
- Product knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products being promoted.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
