Interstate Nissan is growing our sales department! We are looking for hard-working team-players to join our organization. Starting out it’s easy to make over $65,000 conservative with the proper drive, which can easily lead to making $100,000 a year! Sales are on a Full Time Schedule which requires working 40+ hours and a 5 day work week.
We offer training for those who are willing to put in the time it takes to succeed. With various Pay to Train opportunities, you’ll gain knowledge covering a vast number of subjects covering factory and dealership products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding vehicle options by asking questions and listening thoughtfully to their responses
- Pass along knowledge of performance, safety, and technological features
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
- Negotiate sales in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
- Learn to overcome objections during the sales process while maintaining a high closing percentage
- Maintains accurate and complete sales documentation
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience is preferred but not required.
- Highly motivated, self-starting individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations
- Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
- Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
- Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
- High level of commitment to customer satisfaction
- Basic computer and internet skills
Salary + Bonuses, Incentives, & Commissions
30 Onsite Training Hours!
Earn $65,000 plus per year!
