Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for driving sales and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, visits, and online channels.
  • Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, or promotional activities (if required).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Details:

  • Position: Full-time
  • Location: Goa
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience + incentives/commissions

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
