Omni Exteriors is a family owned and operated construction company with proven expertise in the roofing and siding industries. We are seeking a driven roofing and siding sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will sale our premium asphalt, flat roofing, and metal roofing systems, as well as high-quality siding and gutter solutions. You will be representing our commitment to our customers and deliver exceptional value with our team.

Duties
- Conduct Consultive Sales- Meet with homeowners and businesses to assess needs and present roofing, siding, and gutter solutions
- Prospect and Generate Leads- Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, door to door outreach, and community engagement
- Develop Proposals- Prepare accurate, professional estimates and proposals highlighting our products and services for homeowners and businesses.
- Negotiate and Close- Skillfully negotiate contracts, address client concerns, and secure agreements with confidence.
- Deliver Exceptional Service- Guide clients through the entire process, from consultation to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in roofing or home improvement remodels, with a talent for building trust and closing delas.
- Communication Skills: Articulate and personable, with ability to engage diverse clients and foster strong relationships.
- Industry Enthusiasm: Eager to master the technical aspects of asphalt, flat roofing, and metal roofing systems, siding, and gutters; no prior experience required, just the willingness to learn and grow your career.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity and proficiency with CRM software, tablets, or computers for managing the sales process and company communication.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a commission-based role, with the ambition to set and achieve high performance goals.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits and site assessments.
