About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, product explanations, and sales operations at our Vaidban Ayurved Bhawan outlet. This is a sitting job, ideal for candidates who prefer working in a desk-based retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the outlet.
- Explain Ayurvedic products, their usage, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Handle all sales processes from inquiry to billing while sitting at the counter.
- Maintain product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
- Manage inventory records, stock updates, and daily sales entries.
- Handle cash, UPI, and POS billing systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products around the counter.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Good communication skills and polite customer-handling approach.
- Basic knowledge of Ayurveda products will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with a sitting job throughout the shift.
- Ability to use basic computer applications and billing software.
- Previous retail or pharmacy sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
Working Conditions:
- Sitting job at the outlet counter.
- Fixed shift timings (as per outlet schedule).
- Professional and supportive workplace environment.
Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
