About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, product explanations, and sales operations at our Vaidban Ayurved Bhawan outlet. This is a sitting job, ideal for candidates who prefer working in a desk-based retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the outlet.
Explain Ayurvedic products, their usage, and benefits clearly to customers.
Handle all sales processes from inquiry to billing while sitting at the counter.
Maintain product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
Manage inventory records, stock updates, and daily sales entries.
Handle cash, UPI, and POS billing systems.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries politely.
Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products around the counter.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Good communication skills and polite customer-handling approach.
Basic knowledge of Ayurveda products will be an added advantage.
Comfortable with a sitting job throughout the shift.
Ability to use basic computer applications and billing software.
Previous retail or pharmacy sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Working Conditions:

Sitting job at the outlet counter.
Fixed shift timings (as per outlet schedule).
Professional and supportive workplace environment.

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
