Your Day In The Life
You’ll meet homeowners in person to walk through their homes, assess their painting needs, and create quotes on-site using our software tools. Your mission is to educate, build trust, and close deals—on the spot—so the client can get started and you can earn. When you’re not estimating, you’ll be helping generate new leads through door-to-door and call outreach. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where the better you get, the more you earn.

The Details:
- Pay: $50,000–$120,000/year (Commission Only with Bonus Opportunities)
- Benefits: Performance Bonuses, Training & Development
- Schedule: Flexible Schedule; Must Be Available to Book & Attend Appointments
- Location: Chilliwack or Langley, BC (No long commutes!)
Requirements:
- Experience: Sales or Estimating Experience Required (Trade Industry = Bonus)
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
- Strong Communication & People Skills
- Detail-Oriented and Comfortable with Tech Tools
- Confident in Handling Objections & Closing Sales
- Willing to Cold Call and Knock on Doors to Generate LeadsCoachable and Ready to Attend Sales Trainings
