What You’ll Do

As a key member of our sales team, you will help us care for our customers, impress them with service, and grow long-term relationships. Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately receiving and entering customer orders with attention to detail.
  • Communicating with customers in a respectful, positive, and solutions-focused manner.
  • Collaborating with our warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Proactively acquiring new customers through cold calling, social media outreach, and warm leads.
  • Creating customer-focused marketing content, including email campaigns.
  • Supporting fellow team members and stepping in during absences to ensure exceptional service.

Travel

  • Occasional travel within the U.S. for tradeshows (set-up, exhibiting, and tear-down).
  • Occasional travel to visit or acquire customers.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who brings both capability and alignment with our values:

  • 3– years of sales experience (floral or greenhouse industry experience is an asset).
  • College diploma in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Formal sales training is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively within an open office environment.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to the U.S.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
