We’re Ziflo, a fast-moving, early-stage startup building software that helps mid-to-large manufacturing and wholesale companies manage trade compliance. We're looking for a hungry, self-driven salesperson to own our Italian market - someone who can move enterprise deals forward without hand-holding.
About the Role
You'll be our first dedicated salesperson focused on Italy. A warm pipeline is already in place, with active enterprise conversations and data-rich discovery/demo call transcripts to work from. Your job is to pick up the baton and close.
This is a commission-only role with a genuinely generous structure. Designed for someone who's confident in their ability to sell and wants earnings to reflect that.
What You'll Do
- Lead outreach and sales efforts targeting mid-to-large manufacturers, wholesalers, and multinationals operating cross-border
- Manage and progress a warm pipeline of enterprise leads
- Run product demos and handle buyer questions with confidence
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) up to date and follow shared sales process hygiene
- Use sequencing tools (Lemlist, LinkedIn) to drive outreach
- Work autonomously - you'll own your pipeline end to end
Who We're Looking For
Must-have
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with enterprise or mid-market buyers
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain sectors - or selling ERP/software into these verticals
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Comfortable demoing software and fielding technical questions
- Hands-on with modern sales tools: HubSpot, email sequencing, LinkedIn
- Self-managing, fast-moving, and resourceful - you don't wait to be told what to do
Nice to have
- Familiarity with trade compliance, customs, or import/export processes
- Experience with call transcript analysis and data-driven follow-up
Target Market
Our ICP is medium-to-large companies operating cross-border, across verticals including machinery, fashion, equipment, packaging, and more. We focus on nationals and multinationals - not SMEs.
Compensation
This is built for top performers. If you can close 2-3 deals a month, the upside is significant.
Base salary €0 (commission-only)
Commission rate 40% on closed deals
Deal size €6,000 – €10,000 per contract
Commission per deal €2,400 – €4,000
Flexibility
It doesn’t matter whether you prefer in-person or remote outreach, as long as you close. Work from wherever works best for you.

Pay: €48,000.00 - €82,000.00 per year
