Pearl Painting (formerly JMJ Painters) is a trusted residential painting company serving homeowners across the Twin Cities Metro Area. We’re known for quality workmanship, professionalism, and a customer-first approach that builds long-term relationships and repeat business.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Representative who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building trust, and guiding customers through the decision-making process.

Job Overview

The Sales Representative is a key part of the customer experience at Pearl Painting. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on meeting with homeowners, understanding project needs, and presenting clear solutions and proposals.

This role is ideal for someone who is personable, self-managed, and motivated by results, with strong earning potential and room to grow as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations and assess project needs
  • Prepare and present clear proposals and pricing
  • Build trust with homeowners through strong communication and follow-up
  • Manage leads, appointments, and activity using company tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth project handoff
  • Represent the Pearl Painting brand with professionalism and integrity

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in home services sales or consultative sales preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales technology
  • Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, in-person role
  • Twin Cities Metro Area
  • Flexible, appointment-based schedule
  • Occasional Saturday availability as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary + performance-based commission
  • Total earning potential: $75,000–$150,000
  • Vehicle and phone stipend options
