Pearl Painting (formerly JMJ Painters) is a trusted residential painting company serving homeowners across the Twin Cities Metro Area. We’re known for quality workmanship, professionalism, and a customer-first approach that builds long-term relationships and repeat business.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Representative who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building trust, and guiding customers through the decision-making process.
Job Overview
The Sales Representative is a key part of the customer experience at Pearl Painting. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on meeting with homeowners, understanding project needs, and presenting clear solutions and proposals.
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, self-managed, and motivated by results, with strong earning potential and room to grow as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations and assess project needs
- Prepare and present clear proposals and pricing
- Build trust with homeowners through strong communication and follow-up
- Manage leads, appointments, and activity using company tools
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth project handoff
- Represent the Pearl Painting brand with professionalism and integrity
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in home services sales or consultative sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales technology
- Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule & Location
- Full-time, in-person role
- Twin Cities Metro Area
- Flexible, appointment-based schedule
- Occasional Saturday availability as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary + performance-based commission
- Total earning potential: $75,000–$150,000
- Vehicle and phone stipend options
