Join Our Team as a Sales Representative – Draw Support Commission
Are you a driven, goal-oriented sales professional ready to take full control of your income? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in a high-performance, commission-based environment where your results directly determine your earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Generate new business opportunities and leads
- Guide customers through product selections and confidently close sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish
Compensation Structure
- Commission-Only Role with Draw Support
- This is a
- sales-driven compensation plan
- meaning your income is based on the deals you close.
- A recoverable draw is provided to help support you while you build your pipeline, which is then offset against your earned commissions.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (flooring industry experience is a plus)
