Join Our Team as a Sales Representative – Draw Support Commission

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Generate new business opportunities and leads
Guide customers through product selections and confidently close sales
Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish

Compensation Structure

Commission-Only Role with Draw Support
This is a
sales-driven compensation plan
meaning your income is based on the deals you close.
A recoverable draw is provided to help support you while you build your pipeline, which is then offset against your earned commissions.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (flooring industry experience is a plus)
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Availability to work Saturdays
