What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs
• Provide professional vehicle presentations in person and virtually
• Build strong relationships to create repeat and referral business
• Present purchase and lease options clearly and accurately
• Schedule and coordinate test drives, deliveries, and appointments
• Ensure vehicles and paperwork are prepared for a smooth customer experience
• Plan and organize daily activities to meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for the automotive industry and helping customers
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and online
• Positive attitude with excellent time management and organization
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
