Our decade of solar micro converter installation success requires a Field Services Rep to manage the growth of our existing accounts and build a new book of business with Installation Providers

We have successfully delivered cutting-edge microinverter and rapid shutdown MLPE products to customers across more than 35 countries.

Since 2011, when we first launched our micro converter solutions into the market, our growth had been strong and steady!

Our reputation and market share requires an additional Field Sales Rep to prospect and build out a new territory. You would be starting with a clean slate!

That’s where you come in!

We are considering applicants with the following:

  • 5 – 10 years’ sales experience in the business-to-business solar industry
  • Experience selling either to installers and/or distributors
  • Experience managing and growing existing accounts
  • Racking experience is a plus
  • Must be a self starer with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Must be self-motivated and self-managing and have the ability to generate their own leads
  • Must have experience managing longer sales cycles and larger deal sizes through closure
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle and be comfortable with interstate travel, including other areas within the entire state and the use public transportation when necessary

We offer:

· A base salary of 75k, plus a generous commission plan, which at 1.5 -2.0 % of

· revenue goals could result in a salary range anywhere from 200-500k per year. This includes commission generated from existing accounts with repeat business.

· 401K Program

· Healthcare (Anthem Silver National Plan) NEP covers 80% of the premium cost

· Dental - NEP covers 100% of the employee. Cost of spouse and additional dependents will be paid by the employee.

· Vision - NEP covers 100% of the employee. Cost of spouse and additional dependents will be paid by the employee.

· Life Insurance - NEP offers $100,000 life insurance benefit to all employees

· 9 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday

· PTO - 15 days per year 4.6 hours accrued per pay period

· Mileage reimbursement
