Job Description
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Calgary, AB.
The Sales Representative is the image, face, and voice of NAPA CMAX. They are accountable for building and maintaining quality business relationships with existing and new customers by implementing National, Regional and District-level sales development initiatives and promoting NAPA auto parts and programs. The Sales Representative contributes to keeping NAPA CMAX abreast of customer behaviour, competitive threats, and market trends. They participate in developing and refining sales development initiatives at the district level.

Specific responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with District Sales Managers and Store Managers to develop and execute sales development plans aimed at growing business with existing customers within the assigned territory.
- Work with regional and corporate sales teams to align with broader sales strategies and objectives.
Market Intelligence and Reporting:
- Gather market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Report any service or product issues to assigned Store Managers and District Sales Managers to ensure prompt resolution.
Pricing and Account Management:
- Make informed pricing recommendations for accounts to optimize profitability.
- Assist in collections and ensure that accounts adhere to established buying conditions.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Implement marketing programs and promotions to support District and Regional strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with the deployment of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Experience in the Automotive parts industry and minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must have paint and body work experience
- Ability to gather and analyze market data to make informed business decisions
