Job Title: Franchise Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The Ecom Delivery Franchise Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and recruiting new franchisees to join the company's network of ecommerce delivery service providers. This role involves promoting the franchise opportunity, qualifying prospective franchisees, and closing franchise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential franchisees
- Conduct presentations and sales meetings to promote the franchise opportunity
- Qualify leads and assess the suitability of prospective franchisees based on established criteria
- Negotiate and close franchise agreements with qualified candidates
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and closed deals
- Collaborate with the franchise development team to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote the franchise
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the franchise industry or related fields
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of franchise models
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospective franchisees
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
