About Becker First Responder Co: Becker First Responder Co is dedicated to providing high-quality equipment and services to first responders. We are committed to supporting those who protect and serve our communities. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base.
Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the first responder or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
