Position Summary
BA Solutions is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the construction industry. This role is ideal for a results-focused professional who excels at building connections, identifying project needs, and closing high-value opportunities in commercial, industrial, and government markets. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a pipeline of construction clients within commercial, industrial, and government sectors
- Conduct on-site assessments, client meetings, and project consultations to determine service needs
- Collaborate with internal estimators and project managers to craft accurate, competitive proposals
- Maintain up-to-date records using CRM systems and report on sales activity regularly
- Represent BA Solutions at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify strategic sales opportunities
- Ensure consistent communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to enhance brand awareness in target markets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or technical services
- Familiarity with construction project phases, terminology, and procurement processes
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable managing a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and field visits
- Competency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication platforms
- Reliable transportation; travel is required for site visits and meetings
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
