Fast growing tyre wholesaler & Continental Tyres distributor servicing the retail market with Tyre and Wheel needs, is looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our great team.

THE ROLE: This is a significant role as you will be on the front line, introducing TPX & Continental Tyres to the Auckland market and servicing our existing client base. You will have excellent product knowledge (Tyres & Wheels) and be responsible in setting up solutions for current and new clients. You will diligently promote our One Stop Shop offer with the added benefits of best in class service and pricing. In your Sales Manager capacity you will be required to actively meet and engage with new/existing customers, plan mutual business growth strategies.

This role will suit someone who is a brand lover and has the ability to sell quality and solutions to a wide variety of fantastic customers.

This is a full-time permanent position for the right candidate. Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm and additional hours as required. Travel to various regions is expected and will grow over time.

Key skills:

· Proven sales ability

· Industry/Product knowledge (Tyres & Wheels) will be highly regarded

· Area Planning

· Cold calls – planning the meeting and execution

· Ability to sell solutions and premium products – not just price

· Good numeracy and literacy

· Follows instructions and can demonstrate initiative

· Reliable, trustworthy, honest and hard working

You must:

· Have at least 2 contactable references

· Ability to pass pre-employment medical testing (including Drug Testing)

· Return a clear or satisfactory police report and driving record

· Honesty, reliability, capability and work ethic are most important

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
