Position: Sales Representative – Cosmetics & Personal Care

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to lead distributor appointments, expand retail reach, and drive revenue across Bengaluru and its adjoining markets. The ideal candidate must possess strong relationships in the cosmetics and personal care industry, coupled with proven experience in managing distributors and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors across Bengaluru and neighbouring territories.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, modern trade partners, and key market influencers.
  • Ensure product placement, visibility, and brand availability across assigned areas.
  • Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activity, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Train distributor sales staff on product range, USPs, and sales techniques.
  • Implement promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness in the market.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, territory performance data, and customer insights.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between distributors, supply chain, and internal teams for timely order fulfilment.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies in the market.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, cosmetics, skin care, or personal care sales.
  • Strong distributor network and retail market understanding of Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,121.29 per month
