About the Role

We’re looking for a humble, ethical, and driven Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and closing deals — both inbound and outbound.

You’ll be the first point of contact for most customers. You’ll also be expected to proactively reach out to potential partners such as landscapers, architects, and designers to grow B2B referrals and create new opportunities.

You must have a solid understanding of how buildings go together — how materials, layouts, and upgrades affect labor and price — and a willingness to learn what you don’t yet know by asking questions, visiting the shop or job sites, and engaging with the team.

This is not a passive quoting role. We expect you to take ownership of your product knowledge by going on-site, talking to our builders and operations team, and getting your hands around the details — not waiting for perfectly documented answers.

Our product offering is highly flexible. That means you’ll help clients discover solutions that match their design and budget needs — whether scaling up or simplifying. There are no rigid packages here.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and our website
  • Guide clients through design options, material choices, and pricing
  • Prepare quotes using internal tools and coordinate with Operations (Jessica) to ensure accuracy
  • Follow up with leads consistently and close sales with integrity
  • Proactively reach out to new potential clients and referral partners (landscapers, architects, etc.)
  • Visit job sites or shop as needed to stay close to the product
  • Engage with production and coordination teams to deepen your understanding
  • Maintain CRM records and manage your pipeline independently
  • Tailor solutions to customer needs — no fixed formulas or limitations

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in sales, quoting, or customer-facing experience
  • Understanding of construction principles is essential (framing, site constraints, labor time, materials)
  • Proactive communicator who isn’t afraid to follow up or ask
  • Humble and ethical — but motivated to chase and close the deal
  • Engaging personality — someone clients and collaborators enjoy working with
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using CRM and digital tools
  • Bonus: experience or network in landscaping, architecture, or home construction
