Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of diamond jewellery sales and willing to travel on road.

Regions - All provinces of Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide jewellery that's best fit.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities aligning with company goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and designing teams to align new product development with market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients during the sales process.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in diamond jewellery sales, preferably having customer base in Canada region.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Familiarity with account management practices for jewellery industry and customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication verbal skills and industry knowledge, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• A proactive approach to business development, demonstrating initiative in pursuing qualified leads.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A passion for diamond jewellery and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
