As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and growth across the Central and Northern regions of Spain. You will actively promote DME and Mold-Masters' technologies. Your responsibilities will include sales activities, design support, pricing, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow accounts and expand market share.
- Provide sales forecasts and updates to management.
- Advise customers on how to improve productivity using advanced injection molding technologies.
- Differentiate DME and Mold-Masters from competitors during sales calls.
- Build and manage strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Plastics Engineering or related certification.
- Around 4-5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales (plastics industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and mold prints.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
