Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of broadacre farming?
We’re looking for a driven, on-the-ground Sales Representative to support customers across the Warracknabeal region, working closely with broadacre cropping operations and delivering tailored machinery solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the local farming landscape, values strong relationships, and has experience in agricultural machinery or equipment sales.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow relationships with broadacre farming clients across the region
Identify new opportunities within cropping operations and large-scale farms
Promote and sell a wide range of John Deere machinery and precision ag solutions
Provide practical, on-farm advice to improve productivity and efficiency
Develop strong, long-term partnerships built on trust and local knowledge
Achieve sales targets through proactive territory management
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in agricultural machinery or equipment sales
Strong understanding of broadacre cropping systems and seasonal demands
Knowledge of large-scale machinery (seeding, spraying, harvesting equipment highly regarded)
Excellent communication skills and a relationship-focused approach
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently across a regional territory
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
