Outsourced Management for Health and Safety (formerly Ontario Mandated Health and Safety) is a unique health and safety consulting firm. We act as a liaison between business owners and the government, ensuring businesses remain compliant with health and safety regulations. Our mission is clear:

We work closely with business owners to navigate complex health and safety requirements, providing expert support and tailored solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking TOP-TIER SALES PROFESSIONALS who:

  • Have experience in B2B sales, cold calling, door-to-door campaigning, and territory management.
  • Possess a proven track record of success in sales, with measurable results in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Are self-driven, ambitious, and excellent at fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Bring experience in health and safety (preferred but not required).
  • Have sales experience within Canada and understand the local business landscape.

  • Generous Compensation: Earn $75K–$110K on average, depending on experience, with no cap on earning potential. Your success determines your ceiling!

Responsibilities

  • Engage in B2B sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct cold calling and door-to-door sales to generate leads and close deals.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and enhance sales techniques.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance to ensure targets are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
  • Signing bonus
