In this role, you will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing quotes, invoices, and sales & purchase orders through the ERP system
- Coordinating service technician schedules
- Handling and update customer communications via the CRM system
- Prioritizing and managing tasks to support the sales and service teams
- Assisting with compliance and internal processes
- Office Management
Success profile central to managing / coordinating a team of technicians at customer sites:
- Strong experience in an administrative role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ideally, experience in engineering, construction, logistics, or utilities or relevant industry sectors
