We are currently looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing quotes, invoices, and sales & purchase orders through the ERP system
Coordinating service technician schedules
Handling and update customer communications via the CRM system
Prioritizing and managing tasks to support the sales and service teams
Assisting with compliance and internal processes
Office Management

What We’re Looking For
Success profile central to managing / coordinating a team of technicians at customer sites:

Strong experience in an administrative role
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ideally, experience in engineering, construction, logistics, or utilities or relevant industry sectors
