Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Executes national strategic initiatives for the Food & Packaging Industry
  • Manages the price policy and customer conditions in line with the company policies and in collaboration with the manager
  • Effectively handles strategic accounts and achieves agreed sales targets
  • Coaches and trains the team (i.e., Sales Engineers, and Application Engineers) in Industry related knowledge
  • Contributes to the preparation and implementation of marketing strategies for the Food and Packaging Industry
  • Supports the Team Leader, Sales manager and Management in general providing market inputs and information
  • Responsible for collection of product requirements as an input for ISP
  • Maintain opportunities and strategic initiatives for target accounts
  • Actively search for and initiate sales activity with new companies in the territory

Minimum Requirements:

  • Technical Degree, Masters or similar, preferably in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or mechatronics
  • MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Specific knowledge in the Food & Packaging industry
  • Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
