Day to Day

Indeed is seeking a Sales Strategist to join our Operational Excellence team, supporting small businesses. This role is pivotal in enhancing and optimizing workflows, building and managing performance reporting, running incentive programs, managing budgets and timely execution of payment calculations. The Strategist will work closely with Client Success, and Operational Excellence leadership to help define, prioritize, and execute on strategic initiatives that elevate revenue, foster operational scalability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive operational excellence and scalability in a dynamic environment
  • Oversee quarterly bonus and related program payouts and manage compensation plans across multiple teams and regions, ensuring efficient and accurate calculations
  • Steer quarterly and yearly incentive programs, coordinating with centralized teams to track and report performance through dashboards
  • Partner with cross functional teams to drive program and process improvements that maximize scale, customer experience and align with business goals
  • Provide timely updates on program performance and key metrics, fostering motivation and clear communication across different markets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, ensuring smooth execution of compensation, incentive programs and related projects

Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework
  • 2+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or an analyst role
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle diverse business challenges
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) to create actionable reports
  • Results-oriented with solid attention to detail and a solid commercial/business insight
  • Proven project management skills with experience in process evaluation and driving operational improvements
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL experience or willingness to develop SQL proficiency

Salary Range Transparency

Dublin 53,000 - 77,000 EUR per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
