Position: Sales Supervisor

Location: Edmonton, AB
Salary: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Assist the Store Assistant Manager in training and managing staff. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth store operations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders to prevent shortages.
• Physical Tasks: Engage in occasional physical labor, such as moving stock or assisting with store layout adjustments.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of retail experience (supervisory or team lead experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to engage in physical tasks during store setup and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
