We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

The Sales Support Specialist will play a vital role in our sales operations - you’ll assist our sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the sales team with order processing, quotes, and client communication.
- Coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and tracking sales activity.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Assisting with product pricing, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A team player with great communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the merchandise or manufacturing industry (desirable but not essential).
