Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our national accounts sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents and reports.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update databases to ensure all information is current.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely assistance and follow-up on leads.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Report recurring issues and customer feedback to relevant teams to prevent potential churn and improve customer experience.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,390.00-£32,000.00 per year
