Sales Support Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our national accounts sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents and reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases to ensure all information is current.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely assistance and follow-up on leads.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
  • Report recurring issues and customer feedback to relevant teams to prevent potential churn and improve customer experience.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,390.00-£32,000.00 per year
