Role

Key Accountabilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate customer calls and requests with the Operations team, ensuring customer requests are efficiently and accurately relayed to the field technicians.

· Maintain communication with clients to ensure they are informed of scheduling for requested services.

· Assist in the creation of proposals for new sales opportunities.

· Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

· Participate in regular training sessions and professional development activities to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

· Special projects as assigned.

· Always maintain a professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

· A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales and/or customer service role is required.

· Experience in the AEC and/or environmental industry is preferred, but not required.

· Experience in an office setting with administrative responsibilities is preferred.

· Computer literacy is required.

Compensation

The Customer Service Manager is a full-time hourly position, and is eligible for benefits including health insurance, access to 401k, paid time off and an annual bonus based on performance. Compensation will depend on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
