- Drive excellence in sales execution by ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes in close collaboration with the Sales Operations team.
- Lead CRM adoption and dashboard implementation.
- Uphold data integrity and consistency by helping enforce high standards in sales forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
- Deliver actionable insights through analytics focused on sales performance and customer engagement trends.
- Support the sales team with contract management, you will play a key role in the creation, renewal, and maintenance of customer contracts.
- Identify opportunities to improve collaboration and drive organizational efficiency
- Maintain customer and vessel master data in coordination with Asset Management.
- Prepare sales analyses, business reviews, and customer presentations.
- Ensure accuracy and improvement of customer data.
- Manage customer communications and letters.
- Handle supplier forms and customer portal registrations with relevant teams.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid administrative and organizational abilities
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and Excel
- Proactive, accountable, and results-driven
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
