Sales Support Executive – Dublin 12

Onsite | €32K–€40K | Ready to hire

We’re hiring on behalf a leading distributor within the Infrastructure Technology / Networking sector.

The company is growing their internal sales team at their Dublin 12 HQ. You’ll be joining a small, tight-knit group where your contribution is seen, appreciated, and genuinely makes a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries and keep things moving internally
  • Support the external sales team with quotes and proposals
  • Process sales orders, manage pricing, and keep reports updated
  • Keep customers in the loop with clear, honest communication
  • Work closely with management on stock levels and planning
  • Deliver a standout customer experience that builds long-term relationships

What You’ll Need

  • Prior experience in a B2B sales support or internal sales role
  • Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable)
  • Great communicator — clear, professional, and customer-first
  • Salesforce experience is a plus but not essential
  • Ability to work onsite at the Dublin 12 office (parking provided)

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Palmerstown, Dublin, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
