Are you passionate about people and sales? Ready to take the next exciting step in your career? King Communications, a progressive and fast-growing Vodafone partner with 24 stores across Ireland, is hiring 3 Full-Time Sales Support Executives to join our dynamic Call Centre team in Cavan Town.

As a Sales Support Executive, you'll be the friendly voice of Vodafone – supporting inbound customer calls, delivering outstanding service, and driving product sales. If you're motivated, energetic, and love helping customers while hitting targets, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with existing and potential customers by phone
• Confidently present Vodafone products and services
• Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional support
• Understand customer needs and convert interest into sales
• Keep customer records up to date and process orders efficiently
• Contribute to the growth and success of the business

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a call centre or telesales role
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong computer literacy and experience with CRM/phone systems
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• A positive attitude and a drive to succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €29,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
