Description:
We’re looking for a new team member to join our Sales Support Team based in our Horsham office.
As the name suggests, this team plays a critical role in supporting our Sales teams across our branch network. You’ll be responsible for processing sales documentation, reconciling invoices, and providing vital end-of-deal support — helping ensure our customers receive fast, accurate, and seamless service.
While we’re a small team, we’re highly collaborative and supportive, with clear processes and a solid training framework to set you up for success. We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute real value, take ownership of their work, and make a positive difference to our customers’ sales experience.
About the Role
This is a full-time, centrally based role in Horsham, supporting our Sales teams across Victoria and South Australia.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing day-to-day support to Sales teams across the network
Processing and reconciling invoices accurately and efficiently
Tracking and maintaining sales records
Preparing, organising, and managing key sales documentation
Liaising with multiple branches to ensure smooth and timely operations
This role would suit someone who is:
Proactive and driven – you show initiative, have a strong work ethic, and look for ways to improve processes
An adaptable communicator – you build rapport easily and adjust your communication style when needed
Problem-solving focused – you enjoy challenges and can juggle competing priorities
Detail-oriented – you value structure, follow processes, and take pride in accuracy
Comfortable with numbers – no formal accounting qualification required, but logical thinking and numerical confidence are important
Tech-confident – you have basic Excel skills and are keen to learn new systems
Team-focused – you work well with others and contribute positively to team culture
Interested in agriculture – industry knowledge is helpful, but not essential
