About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer – Real Estate to join the Tamworth team on a permanent, Full-Time basis. Joining a team of 16 Sales Agents and Property Managers, you will closely with the Sales Support team to provide administrative assistance to the Sales Agents, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

This is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and supporting our agents with: banking & purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings and preparing contracts. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:

Providing administrative support to the real estate team throughout the end-to-end sales process
Professionally responding to client queries, providing a welcoming first impression to the Elders brand
Support the debt collection process, including following up clients and preparing reports for management
Communicate and engage with prospect clients in the sales pipeline
Developing and preparing documentation, such as advertising, contracts, information memorandums
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About you

To succeed at Elders, you will have:

Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
Poses a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry
Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
Passion to positively drive change for both your clients and your community
