Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the real estate team throughout the end-to-end sales process
- Professionally responding to client queries, providing a welcoming first impression to the Elders brand
- Support the debt collection process, including following up clients and preparing reports for management
- Communicate and engage with prospect clients in the sales pipeline
- Developing and preparing documentation, such as advertising, contracts, information memorandums
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
- Poses a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry
- Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
- Passion to positively drive change for both your clients and your community
